A junmai sake revealing the solid umami of the rice
Awarded Gold Medal in the Japan Kan Sake Award 2016. Using Fusakogane, a variety of eating rice grown in Chiba, and creating the mash from white rice that has been moderately polished, we have succeeded in creating a junmai sake that reveals the solid umami of the rice. It pairs very nicely with meat dishes as well as Japanese food.
